Return and Exchange Policy
The return and exchange policy has been established to protect you and provide the highest quality services to the customer: First, we would like to indicate that all our products are 100% original, and the customer has the right to request a return without restrictions if the product is not original.
1- Regarding incense, we accept all return and exchange requests for any reason, provided that the value of the missing weight in the order is deducted, and the shipping cost for sending and returning is on the customer. This service is available within 7 days of receiving the product.
2- As for oils, they are not covered by the return and exchange system unless there is a problem with packaging and sealing, and this must be reported within three days of receiving the product, with the defect documented by photo and sent via WhatsApp to the establishment / 05625211263.
- Regarding perfumes, we would like to note that they are not eligible for exchange or return except in the following cases:
4- When the customer receives the product and there is an error in the type of product sent, before using it and opening the (sulfan) products. If the product has been used and the (original sulfan) has been opened, the customer will not be compensated any amounts, according to global policies for selling perfumes and cosmetic products.
5- If there is a defect in the product, the customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receipt, with the defect documented by photo and sent via WhatsApp.
6- In case of cancellation, approval will be immediate if the product is not already in delivery, or the order will be canceled, and the customer bears the shipping cost. The amount will be refunded once the product reaches Ibtikar Al-Ruwah.
7- The consumer has the right to exchange the product within seven days from the date of receipt. They do not have the right to exchange after seven days or if the perfume's seal has been opened.
If the return of any product is approved for any reason not mentioned at the top of the return and exchange policy, the management has the right to charge full shipping and delivery fees, estimated at approximately 70 Riyals.
